Jeff Loupas

Jeff Loupas drives the belief that we, as educators and leaders, are too limited in our vision and expectations for learning. He has worked as a teacher for eight years and a district administrator for 19 years. Working alongside principals, district administrators, teams and teachers, Jeff has witnessed the profound improvement in growth and achievement that implementing Cohesive Learning ideas can produce.

He currently designs professional development for administrators and teachers, and teaches a School Improvement course at Pacific Lutheran University for aspiring principals. His passion in work is sharing the knowledge and actions that, when embraced by educators, can transform schools and make learning more equitable.
